Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition)
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased under clearance or special promotion (unless defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- Approved refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Wrong item received
- Faulty or damaged product
If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping
- If the mistake is from Mahabiz, we cover return shipping.
- If the customer changes their mind, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
