Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased under clearance or special promotion (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Faulty or damaged product

If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from Mahabiz, we cover return shipping.
  • If the customer changes their mind, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
